Umoja Youth Alliance was founded to respond to the growing need for youth‑driven peace, leadership, and opportunity in underserved communities. Since our founding, we have directly impacted over 1,500 young people, equipping them with leadership skills, peacebuilding tools, and pathways to become positive forces in their communities. Our purpose is clear: to unite youth across divides and transform their potential into lasting social impact—where every investment in youth leads to safer, stronger, and more resilient communities.
